Rain Garten Massage Policies
Cancellation
I require a minimum of 24 hours notice of any cancellation or changes to appointment times regardless of reason to avoid charging for the session. Cancellations and appointment changes can be done online by signing into the booking software using the same email you booked with and receive confirmations at.
Arriving Late
Arriving late will cut into your massage time. This includes needing to use the rest room or fill out intake forms before your first session. Leave enough time to arrive before your session is scheduled to begin to take care of these occurrences as well as taking into account possible traffic and parking issues. If you are 15 minutes late and have not informed me, it will be counted as a missed session and the 24 hour cancellation policy applies. If you will be 30 minutes late, even with a heads up, it is at my discretion whether you can receive the remaining time scheduled or if it will be treated as a missed session. Either way the full price of your booked appointment will apply.
Checking In
Please text Rain when you arrive. The front door is kept locked.
If you are significantly early and Rain has not responded to your text yet, please wait in your car to give Rain time to finish with her previous client and come let you in.
Payments and Tipping
Booking is now all online to streamline and simplify the booking process and can be found on the "Booking" tab here on this website. Please contact Rain if you need to pay with cash or have any questions. Tipping is always appreciated but not required. Tipping can be done at the time of booking via credit card, in person by cash or with the Venmo QR code available in the treatment room.
Inappropriate Behavior
Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. This includes sexual or romantic advances, suggestive conversation, overtly personal information or questions, refusing proper draping procedure, and any other behavior that the therapist requests be discontinued. If a session is ended by the therapist due to a client’s inappropriateness, the full amount of the session will still be due and the client will not be accepted for treatment in the future.
Refunds
Payments for first time clients and gift certificate purchases can be refunded as long as the cancellation policy has not been violated. Payments for sessions received or canceled with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded. Payments for Last Minute Deals are nonrefundable.
